I support and empower young people aged 11 to 24 through difficult times in their lives, offering a safe, welcoming space where they can feel valued and listened to.

I have an MA in integrative counselling and psychotherapy for children, adolescents and families from the University of Roehampton (Distinction).

My training is integrative – this means I studied a range of approaches which I can then draw on to best support the individual needs of the young person. My MA incorporated play therapy, person-centred therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy, informed by theory in attachment, neuroscience and systemic approaches.

I have a background in psychology with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology (Goldsmiths’ College, University of London) and an MSc in Forensic Psychology (University of Kent).

Alongside my private practice, I am a counsellor at Step by Step, a charity partnered with CAMHS, providing counselling for young people aged 11 to 24.

I have over 16 years of experience working in educational and therapeutic settings supporting the emotional wellbeing of children and young people, often with additional needs.  I am also a parent to young adults.
